This is my favorite Hot Bevie! I could have 10 of theses a day! There are a couple different ways to do this one, depending on time, what you have around the house, and what you like.
Method 1 - Chia Tea Latte
Ingredients
- Chia tea bag
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Fresh ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- boiling water
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- Steep the Chia tea
- Whip the milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in the magic bullet with the whipping blade
- Remove the tea bag and pour the milk on top, mix with Cinnamon stick
- Sip and ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp Pumkin Pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- In a med saucepan heat milk, pumkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg over med. heat. Whisk continually until the mixture reaches your desired temp.
- Pour into a mug, stir with cinnamon stick
- Sip and ENJOY!!
