RECIPE - Cinnamon Spiced Latte

This is my favorite Hot Bevie!  I could have 10 of theses a day!  There are a couple different ways to do this one, depending on time, what you have around the house, and what you like.

Method 1 - Chia Tea Latte
  • Chia tea bag
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • boiling water
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  1. Steep the Chia tea
  2. Whip the milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in the magic bullet with the whipping blade
  3. Remove the tea bag and pour the milk on top, mix with Cinnamon stick
  4. Sip and ENJOY!
Method 2 - Hot Latte ( MY Favorite!)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp Pumkin Pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  1. In a med saucepan heat milk, pumkin spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg over med. heat.  Whisk continually until the mixture reaches your desired temp.
  2. Pour into a mug, stir with cinnamon stick
  3. Sip and ENJOY!!
