It is coming....


Hey everyone, I have been so inspired by the beautiful weather these last couple of days (FINALLY) that I have decided to put together a workout routine that you can do at a local park / trail or any other outdoor setting. It is going to be a full body 45 min workout (including warm up work out and cool down) that everyone could do, and using simple body weight exercises,  nothing crazy like 25 chin ups!  



I will hopefully have it all figured out and posted this week, so stay tuned.
