Freshen UP

I LOVE Salsa! I could have nachos and salsa everyday, that is how much I love it. Fresh homemade salsa is the best, but I don't always have time to chop up all those tomatoes and onions and things. So this is what I do when I am in a hurry to have some munchies. Buy a jar of chunky salsa, just make sure it is a decent one without the added sugar. Chop one garden fresh tomato and one yummy ripe avacado. Dice up one hot pepper out of the garden, mix everything in a bowl and serve. See simple with a fresh twist!
