Vanilla Togurts

The boys named it Togurt!
I am by no means a soya yogurt connisur, nor will I ever pretend to be.  That being said, this one is pretty darn good.  We eat it plain, with fruit, on oatmeal,in the morning, at noon, and even as a night time snack.  It is yummy!  O and it is simple and works out to be about $1.49 per 1 kg tub! Yep, cheap! I try to use dairy alternatives where possible, but have you seen the price of those special yogurts?  Wow, not in my budget that is for sure.

You literally only need 4 things to make this, well 5 if you count the food processer.

Ingredients
1 tub silken tofu

1/2 lemon, juiced

Vanilla and honey to taste

Steps
Put it all in your processor and let it rip!

Add honey and vanilla to your taste, or if going vegan, use agave nectar.
