EXERCISE - Pump it up

Sometimes when I feel a little blah mid day I will do this quick routine.  I find it helps get the blood moving, get the oxygen flowing and gives me a little boost!

Jump Squats

I do 10 slow then 10 fast

Push Ups

I like to do 10 straight, then place my hands up on the ottoman and do 5 - 10 more.

Jumping Jacks

Do 25 med.

Bench Dips

I use my ottoman or coffee table for these.
do 25 slow reps 

If you have extra time repeat the sequence a couple of times.
