- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 pint grape tomatoes halved
- homemade whole wheat croutons (optional)
- 1/2 package white mushrooms sliced
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup Omega oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 fresh lemon squeezed
- 1/2 tbsp low salt soya sauce
- 3 - 4 cloves minced garlic
- pinch sea salt and pepper
- 2 - 3 drops hot sauce
- Combine ingredients for salad in a large bowl, and toss
- Combine ingredients for dressing in a container with a tight seal, shake to mix.
- Sprinkle desired amount of dressing over individual salad bowls.
