Here is an example of a menu you could use to get started. As you can see it is NOT about starving yourself to drop insane amounts all at once, it is about slowly changing your lifestyle.
Meal 1 - 1/2 cup oatmeal with berries, cin. and 1 scoop whey powder.
Meal 2 - 2 hard boiled eggs
Meal 3 - 4 0z lean turkey meat rolled with alphala, tomatoe and dijon mustad in it.
Meal 4 - 2 protien muffins
Meal 5 - 4 oz lean pork, spinach salad (I have a couple different ones I will post) ( 1 cup) and 2 oz sweet potato
