EXCERCISE - 80's Style Ladies!

I did these the other day at the gym and really felt like I should have been wearing a sexy 80's style workout outfit!  But they work, so I thought I should pass them along to you.  Get out your headband, neon bike shorts, leg warmers and scrunchy socks!


Bum Lifts

Lay on your back, squeeze your gluts together and lift them off the ground.  Repeat 25 times

Kick Backs (x2)

Get on hands and knees.  Tighten abs and make sure your hips and back are level.  One leg at a time bring the knee to your chest, then back.  Drive the heel the to ceiling.  Do this 12 times.  Then with the same leg do it again only with your leg straight driving your heel towards the wall behind you.  Do this 12 times.  On the 12th extension hold the leg up for 20 seconds.  Repeat on the other leg. 

Repeat the entire sequence 2 - 3 times, and feel those gluts burning!
