The other day I got a huge craving for apple pie, but not the 500 calories and way too many grams of fat that come with it. So I put this together, and it was really yummy! This is a recie for one smoothie
- 1 med apple peeled and 1/4
- 1/4 cup vanilla soya milk, for a thicker smoothie use vanilla yogurt.
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored Whey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Put everything in your magic bullet or blender and blend till smooth.
