RECIPE - Apple Pie Smoothie

The other day I got a huge craving for apple pie, but not the 500 calories and way too many grams of fat that come with it.  So I put this together, and it was really yummy!  This is a recie for one smoothie

  • 1 med apple peeled and 1/4
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soya milk, for a thicker smoothie use vanilla yogurt.
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored Whey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  1. Put everything in your magic bullet or blender and blend till smooth.
  2. ENJOY!
