Ingredients
- Large whole grain wrap
- Natural peanut butter ( or any nut butter)
- Banana cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp organic honey
- Spread peanut butter over entire wrap
- Sprinkles flax, chia, coconut and honey over peanut butter, spread to over entire wrap.
- Place banana on wrap, and roll.
- Cut into sections.
- Serve and Enjoy!
