RECIPE - Banana FIBER Wraps

I made these today for lunch, and they were a hit!  Thought I would share with you.  They are protein packed, FULL of fiber and really tasty.  Hope your little people enjoy them as much as mine did.

Ingredients
  • Large whole grain wrap
  • Natural peanut butter ( or any nut butter)
  • Banana cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
Steps
  1. Spread peanut butter over entire wrap
  2. Sprinkles flax, chia, coconut and honey over peanut butter, spread to over entire wrap.
  3. Place banana on wrap, and roll.
  4. Cut into sections.
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
