This is a basic recipe for one smoothie, but change it up, use your favorite fruits and make it FUN!
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen berries
- 1 scoop whey powder (pick your favorite!)
- 2 chunks frozen mango
- 1 cup vanilla Soya milk.
- Place ingredients in your blender, and blend to desired texture.
- Top with a fresh strawberry, ENJOY!
