Simple and SO yummy!
- Whole wheat wraps
- Preseravtive free cooked chicken lunch meat (or your "planned leftovers" from dinner last night)
- Green leaf lettuce
- tomatoe slices (I don't recommend adding the tom's if you are making these the night before, they go mushy)
- Cucumber slices
- Dijon Mustard
- Lay the wraps out, spread dijon.
- Layer chicken, lettuce, tom's and cucumber int he center of the wrap.
- Roll it up and ENJOY!
