Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen berries
- 1 cup low fat plain (or naturally flavored vanilla)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until it is the consistency of ice cream.
- Spoon into bowls and serve. ENJOY!
- For added benefit sprinkle chia, wheat germ and flax on top.
