Sunday BBQ Pork Tenderloins

Did these Sunday on the BBQ and they were delish!

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1 package of reduced salt bacon
  • a bunch of your favorite fresh herbs
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tlsp olive oil
  • pinch of black pepper and sea salt
  • 4 - 5 Skewrs

1.  Get your fresh herb bunch.
Pick your Favorite bunch of herbs.
I picked basil, sage. thyme. and parsley
out of my garden 

2.  Chop your herbs, mix with garlic, salt, pepper and oil.


Let the mixture rest for 10 mins before use.

3.  Prepare the pork tenderloin by chopping it into one inch thick medalions

4.  Brush the herb mixture onto the Bacon strips

5.  Roll the tenderloins in the bacon strips.

5.  Skewer togehter 3 tenderloins.  Make sure to go through the bacon seem to hold everything together.

6.  BBQ until no longer pink, ENJOY!!
