Just finished my first class in my 10 km training clinic and I was craving a little something different tonight. So this is what I decided on. Souped up Cream of wheat, and let me tell you it was delish! I made a single serving of cream of wheat as per the box, right at the end I mixed in a couple tablespoons of both ground flax, and chia then seasoned with cinamon and raisons. Cooled it off a little with some yummy milk, then ENJOY! It was super filling and satisfied my craving for something new. Now I can' t wait till wednesday when I go to my next clinic so I can make some more!
