I am a huge fan of fresh baked cookies. The make me feel like a little kid. So today I decided to whip up a batch of pb cookies, but of course they had to be semi healthy and with minimal guilt. Here' s my recipe....
Ingredients * 1 c pb * 2 tbsp ground flax or wheat germ * 1 egg * 1 tbsp agave syrup * with one batch I added a handful of raisin, but left the other one plain
Preheat oven to 325 Mix everything together in the bowl Roll dough into one inch balls and place on the baking sheet Flatten balls with a fork Bake for 15 to 20 mins, but don' t over cook. The should be golden brown. Let cook on a rack, then enjoy with a glass of cold milk, mmmmm.
