Honey garlic Teriyaki!

Ya know what? I think this is the best one yet! My hubby said it even made the tofu super yummy! Yep he ate the tofu and the salmon! Ha! Here's how you get it.....


2/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup soya sauce
4 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
5 cloves garlic or more
1 tbsp minced ginger
Hot pepper flakes, and black pepper to taste


Boil all in gredients in a sauce pan for 10 mins.
For a thick sauce add a corn starch slurry, stir until combined.
Place in a glass jar, or use to marinade meats, veggies, and TOFU!
