2/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup soya sauce
4 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
5 cloves garlic or more
1 tbsp minced ginger
Hot pepper flakes, and black pepper to taste
Boil all in gredients in a sauce pan for 10 mins.
For a thick sauce add a corn starch slurry, stir until combined.
Place in a glass jar, or use to marinade meats, veggies, and TOFU!
