Don't Forget to Toast them!

We carved our pumpkins tonight! What a blast! One of my favorite memories from childhood is carving a pumpkin with my Family. Then my sister and I seperating all the seeds and my mom toasting them. I just love the salty crunch of toasted pumpkin seeds, and they are really good for you too.

Heres how to make them perfect;

Clean and dry your seeds,
Sprinkle the seeds in olive oil, sea salt, and a little paprika and garlic powder,
Make sure all the seeds are evenly coated,
Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden. About 15 mins
Let cool, enjoy!
