Get up on the right side of Monday!

So it is Monday Morning, and your tired from the busy weekend.  You need to give your family a breakfast that is yummy, quick and healthy.  I have got it right hear for you!  So simple fast and really tastey! 

All you need is a couple simple ingredients

  • 1 Muesli baguettes
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soya or rice milk

  • Whisk together milk, flour, spice, and vanilla in a shallow dish
  • Slice and soak Bread in the dish, flipping to ensure it is completely coated

  • Cook in a fry pan, coated with a little coconut oil, until golden brown on both sides

  • I serve mine with a scoop of yogurt, pomegrant seeds and blueberries, YUUUUMMMYYY!!!
