All you need is a couple simple ingredients
- 1 Muesli baguettes
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla soya or rice milk
- Whisk together milk, flour, spice, and vanilla in a shallow dish
- Slice and soak Bread in the dish, flipping to ensure it is completely coated
- Cook in a fry pan, coated with a little coconut oil, until golden brown on both sides
- I serve mine with a scoop of yogurt, pomegrant seeds and blueberries, YUUUUMMMYYY!!!
